I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful, assisting with all my questions and requests. They even helped me arrange a Bromo tour, which was absolutely amazing. The tour included a Jeep ride to witness the breathtaking sunrise and explore the volcano up close. The hotel room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and a hot shower. The free WiFi was also a great bonus. Additionally, the option of having food delivered outside restaurant hours was a convenient service provided by the staff.
